TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TANCHO DIGITAL

 

  • Rates

  • Labour Recovery Fee of R100 (Inclusive of VAT) will be charged on repairs that are quote rejected.

  • Assessment Fee will apply on rejection of a quotation.

 

  • Service Levels

  • “TANCHO DIGITAL” will endeavour to assess all repairs within 3-5 Days upon receipt depending on backlog.

  • Where parts need to be procured like: Lasers, LCD’s, Power Supplies, minor switches & controls, the repair will be completed prior to receiving official quotation.

  • Total Turnaround Time is dependent upon the local availability of spare parts and the acceptance of the quotation from the customer.

 

  • Quotations

  • Quotations are valid for a 7 day period only.

  • No response received from the customer within a 14 day period, the unit will be processed as a Non-Repair, and the Labour Recovery Fee will be charged.

  • “TANCHO DIGITAL” reserves the right to re-submit a quotation should the initial quoted price change due to further component failure or circumstances beyond our control (Rand/Dollar/Euro rate fluctuations, additional faults encountered, etc).

 

  • Warranty

  • Repairs have a 90 Day Carry-In Warranty on Parts Replaced.

  • The Warranty will be null and void, should the “TANCHO DIGITAL” Warranty Seal be Tampered with or Removed.

  • Customer’s to provide proof when claiming Warranty on a repair.

  • Any item physically damaged will void warranty

 

 

  • Caution: Data / Software

  • “TANCHO DIGITAL” will not be held responsible for any Information, or Data loss incurred during a repair process.

  • “TANCHO DIGITAL” will not load any Software or Firmware unless requested by the client.

  • There is strictly NO WARRANTY on software / Firmware mods to any consoles.

 

  • Payment Terms

  • All payments are on a strictly C.O.D basis, payable to “TANCHO DIGITAL”

  • “TANCHO DIGITAL” accepts payment in the form of Cash, Credit Cards (ID may be requested) or EFT.

  • Whereby EFT payments are done, funds have to be cleared before releasing any unit / product

  • Cheque payments are not accepted.

  • “TANCHO DIGITAL” Banking details are available upon request.

  • General

  • “TANCHO DIGITAL” cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of customer’s equipment due to fire, water, theft or any other reason beyond the control of “TANCHO DIGITAL”.

  • “TANCHO DIGITAL” cannot be held responsible for any consequential damage or loss due to faulty or delayed repairs including inter alia, cost of loss of production and/or third party costs.

  • Consoles not collected within 30 days from invoice shall become the property of “TANCHO DIGITAL”, and will be sold to defray expenses without NOTICE

 

 

Equipment will only be released from the premises on presentation of the

ORIGINAL DOCUMENTATION
